At Dronzy Kid Toy Drones, we want you to love your drone experience! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date if the item:

  • Is unused and in original packaging
  • Includes all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Has a valid proof of purchase

Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened drone batteries (for safety reasons)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@dronzy.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Carefully pack the item and ship it back using the provided label or your preferred carrier.

Note: Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you by email
  • Process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

If your return is rejected (e.g., due to damage or signs of use), we may return the product to you or issue a partial refund.

5. Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at info@dronzy.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your drone arrives damaged or isn’t working properly:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos or videos of the issue if possible

We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or offer a full refund based on the situation.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your payment provider (some refunds take time to process)
